A reader
that tracks every word you meet
Immersion is the real path to language fluency.Mogoru helps you live the language, not just learn it.
The system map
Learners glue these tools together with plugins, exports, and copy-paste — and the glue always breaks. Mogoru builds them on one shared vocabulary: a word you tap while reading is the same word on your flashcard, and the same word your tutor knows you know.

One shared vocabulary
The same word, everywhere it matters. The Reader
Bring pasted text, EPUBs, PDFs, manga, or plain images — up to 512 MB per file. Mogoru highlights every word by how well you know it, and one tap opens the dictionary, frequency rank, and conjugation breakdown.
Tap words, flip ふりがな, jump to i+1.
はの外を見ていた。
がまだ。
Manga
Drop in a .cbz or a scanned PDF. Mogoru reads the page with built-in OCR — no plugins, no extra tools — and turns every speech bubble into tappable words right on the artwork. Flip any bubble to a natural AI translation, typeset back into the bubble itself.
まだが
ね。
Tap a dotted word on the artwork to look it up.
Flashcards
Under the hood: FSRS, the modern spaced-repetition scheduler, with per-deck retention targets and custom weights. Around it: advanced deck management and review controls, with .apkg import and export in both directions.

is falling (rain) · connective of 내리다
비가 아직 내리고 있다.

AI Tutor
Not a chatbot bolted on. Mogoru's tutor reads a live snapshot of your level, known words, and due cards — and it can act: tell it you know a word, and it updates your vocabulary. Ask for practice, and it writes at your level.
I keep seeing pleuvoir in this chapter — I think I've got it now.
set_word_status · pleuvoir → known ✓
Marked pleuvoir as known — that's 214 words now. Since you know la pluie and pleuvoir, try this:
Il pleuvra sans doute encore demain.
What's sans doute doing here?
